The Boathouse
The Boathouse was built in the 50's by the original owner / developer
of our property. The Boathouse is located at the end of our
300' pier. While the lower level is still an operational "boathouse"
- the second story of the building is actually a large, sunlit
studio unit. The Boathouse has two double beds, a private
bathroom, a small but functional kitchenette, color TV and telephone,
and mini-washer / dryer. The walkout deck that runs the length
of the building provides perhaps the finest sunrise and sunset views
on the island! This unit is kept in very nice working order
- many of the furnishings are originals to keep the Boathouse a
one of a kind get-away.
