This season at Bayside, we will work diligently to uphold the tradition of serving the highest quality cuisine using only the freshest ingredients.  This means using local whitefish and lake trout, procuring seafood from the most reliable sources (flown in fresh just hours from the time it was caught).  You'll find aged beef, spring lamb, and - of course, homemade pastas.  Our goal at Bayside is simple - provide our honored guests with elegant, rustic fare of the finest quality in one of the most unique and beautiful settings in the Midwest. 

Bayside also features an extensive wine list and full bar.  Bayside Lounge features drink specials and happy hour to help you unwind from a day of activities. Groups are welcome for any occasion.
